Book Discussion on The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness

On Tuesday, April 3, the Lawyers Coalition for Racial and Social Justice will host a book discussion focusing on Michelle Alexander’s The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness. The discussion starts at 5:30 in the Rubin Center for Education, 5th floor of the Telesca Center for Justice, 1 W. Main Street, Rochester.

Ms. Alexander’s book is available at https://www.amazon.com/New-Jim-Crow-Incarceration-Colorblindness/dp/1595586431, in paperback, Kindle, and audiobook formats. We urge those who wish to attend to read the book, for this is designed to be a real discussion among those present; there will be no individual or panel presentations.

The Lawyers Coalition is a joint project of GRAWA, RBBA, and MCBA.
