The Rochester Black Bar Association is affiliated with and supports the Honorable Roy King Diversity Internship program, which facilitates internships for law students of color in Rochester-area law firms.

JUST LAW Program

The JUST LAW program is a collaboration between the 7th Judicial District, the Rochester City School, the City of Rochester, and the Rochester Black Bar Association to teach and engaged with 6th - 9th graders about the judicial system.

In the fall, RBBA members join judges in visiting students in classrooms and afterwards, students write essays on what justice means to them.

​​

In the spring, RBBA members join student essay winners on tour of the Monroe County Hall of Justice and take them on tours of other legal adjacent establishments.
